Sage House - Parklands Community Outreach drop-in centre Thursday afternoons here at CBC.

Sage House in Tangmere are now running a Parklands Community Outreach drop-in Centre for people living with dementia, carers and those seeking social companionship. This runs on a Thursday afternoon from 2.30pm- 4.00pm at CBC in our South Hall. It is open to anyone just to turn up. Do spread the word.
