Chichester Baptist Kids
Welcome to our children’s space at Chichester Baptist Church! A fun, safe place where kids can grow in friendship and explore the love of Jesus together.
Sundays
Our 10am Service is a vibrant family service for all ages. We have a number of children’s groups to help the children become rooted in God’s word and part of the Church Family as they make friendships and learn to support and encourage one another.
The age groups are as follows:
Creche is for newborn to 2 years old
Shoots is for children aged 2-4 years old
Seedlings is for children who are in Reception, year 1 and 2 at school
Saplings is for children who are in years 3, 4 and 5 at school
Mid Week
Acorns
A friendly and welcoming group for preschool children and their parents or carers, with fun activities and plenty of play. We meet on Tuesdays during term time in two sessions: 9:00–10:15am and 10:45am–12:00pm. £1 per family.

Mid Week
Searchers
Searchers is a fun, social mid week group for children in school years 3–5. We meet on alternate Thursdays during term time, 6:00–7:30pm. Evenings include games, crafts, quizzes, occasional trips, and a short thought from the Bible. A £1 voluntary donation is appreciated from those who are able.

Kingdom Builders - Holiday Club 2026
We are excited to have our holiday club again this year for school years R- Yr5.
For 3 mornings we will be playing game, singing songs, listening to bible stories, crafts and much more. Thursday 23rd July - Saturday 25th July
We are delighted that this year on Saturday 25th @ 4pm we will be hosting a short holiday club ALL IN service for the whole family, followed by a BBQ. If you have any questions about Holiday Club then please do get in touch.
Safeguarding
At Chichester Baptist Church we know how important the safety and wellbeing of each child is. Our volunteers and staff are all DBS checked and attend regular safeguard training to keep us up-to-date with policy and procedure.
We ask that all parents and carers complete a consent form for each child that attends any groups and events
We do our best to provide activities and safe spaces for specific needs, if you are concerned about bringing a child with additional needs feel free to contact us and speak with one our team so we can answer questions and offer any assistance.
